This volunteer team brings together three complementary strengths:
Dr. Samuel Adjei-Nsiah, a soil scientist recognized throughout Africa for his work in soil fertility and sustainable agriculture;
Dr. Michael Kermah, an agricultural researcher experienced in farming systems and community-based implementation;
Isaac Ampem, a specialist in rural livelihoods, women’s economic participation, and the socioeconomic impacts of agricultural innovation.

Dr. Emmanuel Yeri Kombe, a renewable energy engineer and university lecturer whose expertise includes bioenergy systems, biomass conversion technologies, and sustainable energy solutions for rural communities;
and Sammy Mbatia, a graduate researcher specializing in anaerobic digester instrumentation, monitoring, and control systems, using the TerraDesic Savannah Biodigester as the foundation for advanced operational studies.

Dr. Greyson, a forest and environmental economist and Head of the Department of Forest and Environmental Economics at Sokoine University of Agriculture, whose expertise includes natural resource management, sustainable rural development, and the environmental and socioeconomic impacts of community-based conservation initiatives.
